Interesting End-of-Year 1980, from England to Texas

Do you think there's any correlation between two of the most famous and well documented Ufo cases, occurring at almost identical times (28 years ago)?

1- December 26th, 1980, the Rendlesham incident, England.

2- December 29th, 1980, Cash-Landrum incident, Texas.

I wonder if it's possible that these were the same objects in two different places that simply travelled from one location to another; or two similar but different objects.

I recall Bob Lazar at one point mentionning he thought it was possible that the Texas incident was a case of military testing using nuclear power.

The Texas incident seems more like a rocket or missile test that got out of control. The radiation sickness and the descriptions from the witnesses in Texas of the helicopters following it indicate it was man made. The fact the military was quiet about it shows it was an experimental aircraft/missile. The description sounds like a missile, too.

I do not think they are related, just coincidence that they happened in the same time frame.
