GPS Displayed wrong time for 3 seconds

I never noticed this before, and I have had my car since 2005....
I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

I left work at 6:00 p.m and the time that was displayed in my car was 2:00, then after about 3 seconds it switched to the right time.

My 2 cents.

Especially with Motorola RAZRs, if you turn off the phone at 2:00, then turn it back on 6:00, the time will show 2:00 for about 2 seconds before it switches to the correct time.

I don't know if the internal clock of a GPS system works the same way, but I've seen this happen with a number of different electrical devices.

Quite possibly a part of the design. A flaw perhaps, or maybe something deemed unimportant enough to address.
