You are quoting an Israeli Source. They helped start the war - They are not a credible source.

Russia has Signed Nothing. Don't kid yourself. This isn't over until Regime Change has occurred in Georgia.

No mention on any credible news outlet yet.... Will give it time though.

Everyone is trying to blame Georgia for this but everyone failed to notice that Russia managed to gather an Invasion force that would normaly take months but just happend to be ready in a few days. Sorry I dont by the fact that Russia just happend to have an Invasion orce ready to go.

Okay, it has now been an hour since you posted this, and I am not finding a credible source to back up your assertions. I read as breaking news just now that Georgia signed a ceasefire and that Russia says it is not going beyond the breakaway areas, but that doesn't sound to me like Russia is finished doing what they're doing.

Just because you want to pop into every single thread involving this war and say the same thing over and over again doesn't make it true.
