Avatar Needed. Please

Im looking for an avater that was on abovetopsecret section for my avater. It was a shiny like circle or bubble and it said shadow government trading your liberty for our security. I saved it and now i lost it can someone help me out cause i looked everywhere on here maybe TheShadowKnows can help me on this. Thanks in advance everyone

Hey man. I looked everywhere for the avatar, finally found it on my laptop. I forgot I used it for months while my desktop pc was down.
