Yes, it's the back shell (even if i can't spot the parachute): it's location doesn't leave doubts about it, this is what we see in the image:
But don't forget that there's still this one to explain:
this was located in the opposite direction of the back shell (see red arrow in the first image):
Basically, this is the back shell, located at approx. 158°
while this one
was located at approx 358°, in the opposite direction (see green arrow in the image below):
Red arrow = direction of bounce mark + heat shield
White line = direction of back shell + parachute
Green arrow = unexplained object
So, basically, we should look between 356° and 359° if we want to try to spot it again: don't know if it was an actual object or some image
artifact: what i know for sure is that in according to the data provided by NASA itselfs it can't be neither the heat shield nor the back shell.
