All of the after life will stop when the world is destroyed

I watched a film about 5 months ago that said that the ether is the energy covering the earth. So if the earth is destroyed does that mean all the spirits (if they exist) are destroyed as well. It is my theory the ether has to do with earths magnetism.

Hmm, well think of it this way, if it's considered arrogant to believe that humans are the only life in the universe. Isn't it equally arrogant to believe the 'afterlife' doesn't exist for beings of other worlds? if it does, then why would it be destroyed with the Earth?

I personally believe that the afterlife is a higher dimension to our own, one where the energy released upon our deaths transcends to.

Yes, but what I'm saying is that what if the magnetic poles have something to do with keeping the ether in check? So there is only an after life for each planet as long as that planet is alive.
