Hillary Thinking Of Putting Her Name In During Convention

Nothing is ganna happen, this is just wishful thinking on the side of the Obama haters here. I could just as easily go post a thread saying that 80% of conservatives will stay at home come the november elections. This isnt fact, just wishful thinking.... or speculation. But thats what the neocons did with the conservative votes, all they had to do was speculate, and they got support for the Iraq war.

I will tell you this much, the vast majority of Obama supporters support Obama, the vast majority of Obama supporters actually want him as president. The vast majority of rightwing voters hate McCain, and this is why 90% of the threads here are anti-obama, not pro-McCain. its real sad... voting against somebody, not for someone you actually like.

I still wouldn't be surprised to see Mrs. Clinton take the nomination. Obama's falling like a ton of bricks, and the major gaffes and foolish campaign moves are happening so regularly now that it almost seems like they're doing it on purpose. Could it be that the Democrats are pulling some sort of bait-and-switch move on us by offering up a truly pathetic candidate (Obama) as the presumptive nominee, then snatching him away at the last minute to serve up a decent candidate (Clinton) who looks like a juggernaut in comparison?

At first glance, neither candidate seems all that electable, but after Obama's disastrous general election campaign, I think a lot of undecided moderates and McCain Democrats would definitely ditch McCain for Clinton (not to mention all the women who aren't excited about Obama), who seems incredibly competent, sane and practical when compared to the hapless junior senator.

Of course, it might be too late for even this to work. McCain's hardly doing anything, but Obama is so out-of-touch and alarmingly liberal that even the conservatives who can't stand McCain are going to vote for him, just to prevent an Obama socialist regime.

You know, to be honest. I don't think having Hillary around is a bad thing.

I wanted Obama to get the nomination (yay!) but I'm not opposed to her being part of the plan someplace.

I would love to see this. I don't appreciate any of the "bloodines"; however, that being said, Obama, to me is just a another puppet of the shadow government, whereas the reason Hillary was "ousted" during the campaign is because she has a mind of her own, and is less likely to dance when they jerk her strings.

See I saw it the exact opposite. I was always in support of Obama because I believed Hillary had been too tainted.

Obama is still too new. Thank God.

Also, I don't think her endorsing Obama will make much of a difference. Of course she can retract her endorsement.... not like any politician has ever flip flopped before!

Hillary
is the only current politician who will NOT say anything to get elected.

example:
Her refusal to apologize for her Iraq War vote.
She repeatedly said an apology would not be sincere, therefore, no apology.

That could have lost her the primary.


Personally, I also was dumb enough to believe BushII, the entire US media, cia/fbi/nsa/etc.
I agree with Hillary saying it's Bush's fault for lying, not her fault for believing all evidence presented at the time.

Both Republican and Democrat moderates, who are tired of the partisan bickering, plan to write-in Hillary this fall.

Independent is a great idea.
She got kicked to the curb by Democrats.
Attacked in a smear campaign by Obama.
Owes nothing to the Democratic Party at present.

Already proven she can work across the aisle with Moderate Republicans.

Biggest plus!!
Hillary vowed in New Hampshire she would "order all Federal employees to obey the Constitution"
Strangely, right after that vow was published, the US media turned on her and began cheerleading for Obama.

Anyone else tired of both right and left wing extremists?

Re Hillary being "tainted" etc.
How many of us could survie three Federal Prosecutor vendettas in a row and come out without even a jaywalking conviction.
To me that impeachment circus proved the Clintons are the most honest family in DC in the past 20 years. (a horrible thought to some)
Otherwise Ken Starr would have gotten them.
(He even suborned perjury during that vendetta)

she's already come out and pubicly admitted defeat
she's already come out and publicly supported Obama for president over her own self


Lets say she takes a stab at the nomination a second time.

Do you really think she'd stand a chance against the mccain mockery campaign?
