I have been searching dilegently today for the guidelines for posting other-author material, written by another here for topics of debate and
discussion within the 9/11 forum. The main points I have to be answered are as follows:
1.) Over the course of many many years of research I have collected data and documents written by others that their websites have been taken down
vanished etc. Is it "legal" and Legimate to obviously and blantently give posting of material written by said aurthors, a webpage upon my site with
the "original document state, without deletions changes or additions, so that a thread of topic and diccusion of this data may take place?
2.) Does contact withe original author need to take place before such material can be used, obivously making sure that the credit is given to such
persons, up front to avoid confusion of who the material belongs to...
3.)What if in orginally document state the original authors, suggested and demanded use and sharing of such material in educating the public about
events surrounding the 9/11 debates?
I could go on and on, but I think that one undertands what I am point out, what is legit and what is not, before I do something unwise.
I'd rather ask first....
I can explain and share via u2u to appropriate persons what the material is and share documents and data so that a definite conculsion may be reached,
thank you ATS PROS!
