something about him being a mad dog killer.... employed by
the US Army Bio Labs.... excuse me.... lets polygraph some
scientist here... thats all we need is a rogue scientist...

that has targeted a couple of our beloved congressman... yea, this stinks...

Doesn't sound like a guy capable of murder to me; murderers tend to stay very calm, even when they're being investigated.
This guy fell apart due to the stress.
