What would be the reason

If you think their is a Creator that creates, do you think you can create if you are a creation of/by It?

What would be the reason It wouldnt give you the know how and power to allow you to create anything (like your own paradise or universe or attractive mates or etc)? Does your Creator keep a trademark, patent, and copyright to the act of creating and plus to the very images and materials of It's creation?
