Request to build an alien Embassy in Sweden?!

Hi!

I found this while going thru some papers the other day, it is
a letter supposed to be sent to the Swedish goverment from
someone called Real, spokesman from someones called Elohim...

The letter is to Laila Freidvalds,

Laila Ligita Freivalds (born June 22, 1942) is a Latvian-born Swedish Social Democratic politician and a former Swedish Minister for Justice, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Deputy Prime Minister.

On behalf of the 40,000 members of our organization and the President of the Council of the Eternals of the Elohim, it is my honor to propose to acquire a part of your national territory for a period of 99 years in order to build the Elohim´s Embassy. The purpose of this building is to welcome representatives of this Extra-Terrestrial civilization who created life a long time ago on our planet, of whom traces have been kept in many traditions and religions, and who should come back to earth before the year 2035.
This territory could be a plot of land or a desert island. We will finance the total cost of the building and the necessary facilities of this Embassy, and this operation will not cost your country anything. Moreover, after 99 years, all buildings and installations will become the property of your country

It looks to be dated to 2005.

Now, i wonder if anybody here knows something about this,
about this organisation with 40,000 members and the claim
to pay for the whole thing, they must be dead serius about
this if they are sending letters to goverment!

Does anyone knows if they send letters to other countrys?

They can´t be that bad, if they have that amount of money
and human cloning company.
I can understand if they are some wackos in a cave or some
like that...

But maybe the whole company is a hoax?
