aliens are cowards

ever notice that aliens only pick on people who live in trailer parks and drink too much? i think aliens are cowards. i bet they know if the went up to jet li with a probe he would kung fu their alien butt. so they pick on billy bob jethro and sally sue may instead. all of that alien technology is spent on figuring out which trailer park wasn't wiped out by a tornado so they can get their jollies. and they really show they are cowards when they pick on cows. they have these death rays and super ufo rockets but they go after a cow. if they need milk or a burger they should just go through the mcdonalds drive through and leave cows alone. how come they don't pick on a person who has alot of guns and bombs? aliens are cowards.

Though you kid, there is certainly a possibility that:

1. Exo-biological creatures would share a common motivation or behavior;
2. Cowardice has an evolutionary and exploratory advantage;
3. EBCs may have a hive mind (as well as any other kind of mentation).

This doesn't mean that they'd shrink from eventual conquest. Indeed, the kind to fear the most may be those that eschew direct contact.

One thing to remember is that if we ever do have any non-human, non-terrestrial contacts it is very unlikely that we would be able to understand their motives (beyond simple things like view us as food, perhaps).

Not saying I believe a preponderance of evidence or even any single case supports the ET Hypothesis; just that it's not out-of-the question that they'd do bizarre things and not contact world leaders, even out of a shared type of characteristic (such as they're all sneaky and cowardly...and other 'types' that are not even represented on Earth)

sneaky aliens are scared to contact world leaders. look at the list of world leaders. are there any good ones? imagine a alien contacting george bush. the alien would be either laughing or sitting at the table with his forehead in his alien hand thinking that this is the leader of the best nation on the planet? then he would get on his alien communication device and say lets get a bunch of cows then destroy this planet. then they would hunt down a trailer park or 2 and video tape themselves while they probe a couple of people so they can have relaxing times later. then they would go to area 51 and get their items back. they would then take over the television and radio broadcasts and tell everyone that the ufo that crashed in roswell was because zorgons son got drunk and stole the keys to the saucer. then they would use alien weapons to kill everyone. aliens are such cowards.

Cowards... no...


They have come across the galaxy, from unknow reaches...

Thats pretty brave in my book...

MAbye they are scared of us, us and our Metal-Throwing-Death-Machines...(Guns)...


They are probaly just observing us...

Keep in mind that by their actions, Ninjas have a cowardly approach. They don't stand and fight face-to-face, but hit and run and hide.

Though guerrilla fighters are courageous, fighting against higher odds, they use a tactical approach which is normally seen in cowards.

Similarly, if you have a bar fight and you win, then the tactic of waiting outside in wait with a weapon is cowardly. (however, the cowardly approach is the ultimate winner).

If aliens are less physically adept, more vulnerable, can't survive in Earth's environment, injured easily due to fragile skin, then they might be forced to adopt a rather cowardly strategy.

Keep in mind that though the 'cowardly' approach is frowned upon by many humans, aliens may have no such qualms. In fact many Earth villains are quite cowardly.

Just some thoughts...

All VERY valid points...

I wouldn't say the acts that you described are cowardly, but rather its strategry...

Having a plan is diffrent from being a coward... but using 'cowardness' tatics, takes some form of bravery...

Each example you provided has both aspects of bravery, and cowardness...




If ET's are fragil weak beings, i am sure they are scared of us...
