Is This An Example Of Mind Control?

Someone sent me this link saying it smacks of mind control. I read it skeptically and...it does! I'm not saying it is....but holy crap if it isn't....

I think this statement says it all on the mind control issue. He should be checked for an implant, in my opinion, but if something was found, we would not ever hear of it.

He needs to be checked for somethign! It simply isn't normal, obviously. What a world we have become
