Well I have looked and looked at the photo and just don't see any fairy at all, I concentrated on the circled area and nothing......

check out the outlined photo that was posted, I can see it in there, but in the end I just see confusion in the image. No fairy, unfortunately.

I REALLY wanted to believe it too.

Considering the form of a 'fairy' is so simple (legs, arms, head, wings), you can find it in any number of scenes of a chaotic nature.

So no, it's not a picture of a fairy. It's a picture of some rocks.
