Here, Here. I too am apalled by having my tax money wasted on welfare entitlements. However my idea of welfare entitlements differ from yours. The way I see it we have granted billions of entitlements to the likes of Haliburton and all of their subcontractors, and only a small micro percentage of that amount on truly helping the needy of this great country. If you would be mindful of the trillions wasted in this illegal, unwarranted war there would have been enough money available to create true welfare reform. With enough money to train those on welfare to become better citizens. We as a nation lie to ourselves daily, saying we are right and just in our actions. Being a former republican I know the propaganda they push on their party members is all designed to create a rift between the Republicans an the Democrats. Dont get me wrong the Dems do it too, just not to the same extent. I work hard for my money, and I hate to see it wasted the way it has been for the past 7 yrs. I cringe every time I here an elected official mention tax cuts or rebates, when we are in debt as deeply as we are. Well enough rambling. You're right enoughs enough with the entitlements, write your congressmen and demand Haliburton be removed from its rolls.

IF evolution is true, then there would be transitional forms in nature. WHERE are your transitional forms? Let me help you out with the answer here: they don't exist.

The fact is that evolution does not stand up to scrutiny in the light of the truth. It is strictly a FANTASY those opposed to anything remotely having to do with God have created as an alternative to the truth.

Re: your statement about WWII: It has been said that those who FORGET history are doomed to repeat it. Had the Nazi’s been successful, you would not live in your precious little dome of society there in England waxing eloquent about the perceived foibles of Americans. Ahh, but then that’s the attitude of denial many British people have lived under…until the bombs start raining down on you, and the U.S. military has to come help you out.

The French populace has tried that peace at all costs approach. It allowed the occupation of the German army in that big war you want to forget about. Almost everyone that I talk to, that supports Obama, can't name ONE solid accomplishment that he has made as a Senator. So why do they think he'll do any better as the President. He's a smooth, deceptive talker. People should see through that.

For a nation that has the amount of wealth the US has, it is very selfish with it. Dont you care about your own citizens? It doesnt look like it from this side of the pond.

To me, the US is a third World Country with money.

The constitution is just as valid today as it was when it was written.The problems in this country are due to not following it.

One other point I'd like to make about our favorite communist Obama. It's not his radical Marxism that makes him dangerous. After all both candidates support big government socialism and could be considered communists.

Obama is clearly a stealth Muslim radical or supports their causes. You could start by looking at his former pastor who praised the perpetrators of 911. Obama sat under this monster's teachings for 20 years. However it goes deeper. Obama openly supported a Muslim candidate for president in Kenya. When this candidate lost the election by a slim minority he protested the results. His people, the peace loving muslims of his tribe then proceeded to go on a mass genocidal slaughter campaign against Kenyan christians. This man was actually a relative of Obama.

No doubt the Obama-nation approved of his tactics. Let's not forget that many muslims calling for the mass slaughter of all Jews, post on Obama's official blogs. That's the true candidate running for office. Look for Sharia law in the US and a crack-down on non-compliant churches.

He certainly wasn't referring to Muslims. He showed his contempt for Christians and their beliefs. What better proof that he despises Christianity than the proof that came from HIS OWN MOUTH. This man is dangerous. Pray for the US if he is elected.

It certainly could not have been any substantive subject. Otherwise, you would know [as do most folks with any background at all in history or political science] that "Communism" never really existed in Russia or its successor, the USSR, except for a short period at the beginning of the Russian Civil War. While Stalin paid lip service to it, Communism as a political philosophy wasn't practiced under his murderous regime.

That's right Emeritus. Now consider this. Obama has stated that he is in favor of unilateral disarmament and he wants to stop all military research. Thus the US military can be rendered ineffective.

But now we have a resurgent Russia who is starting to fulfill the prophesies of the great Gog and Magog. If so Russia will invade the Middle east and Israel itself eventually. We will probably get nuked in the process and Obama will choose not to respond (probably being in favor of Gog anyway).

It will be God himself who will destroy Russia and Iran showing just exactly who is in charge. It's just too bad that the US has to be turned into a nuclear wasteland and a fourth world country in the process.

(I say fourth world since a condition lower than third world would have to be devised to describe our new status.)

Other than that I wouldn't worry about an Obama president.

America was among (if not the) strongest nation in the world at one time. The reason is because it was founded on freedom, NOT socialist or communist principles. As we have given way to socialism and communism, we are no longer a strong country. We fall faster and faster into what the rest of the world is experiencing. True happy and productive people are only free people. It is a fact. People are also more willing to help the needy or less fortunate, if it is by volunteer and not force. Socialism and communism force people to an equality to the lowest level denominator not the greatest. What would make anyone want to acheive more, if it is taken away for someone who is not as motivated and does not feel the same way? It forces people to strive for less NOT more. There is no incentive, other than knowing you are helping those who are more than likely not willing to help themselves. No one would argue that some people really DO need some assistance. But those are not the majority that get the "HELP". Socialism only works in the family unit, where truly, each is entitled to their own ability. Outside the family unit, it does NOT work. It is only enabling and it brings a society to the lowest common level. We should have been proud to be FREE and understood what we had. If ammendments to the the original constitution had been truly followed, with no ammendments, we would be enjoying the fruits of our lives...ALL of us. Letting the bankers take over and then the socialist trying to correct it rather than getting us back to the beginning, we have destroyed ourselves and our freedom. Yes, America in the "ODD ONE OUT" as some of you pointed out. But that is what made us GREAT! Now we will join you all in a demise!

The last communist who ran this nation was Clinton, and as i recall, this country prospered like it never had.

I know communism, and Liberals are no communists.
