Did Bill start the Iraq war in 1998 by bombing selected targets ? did this event help lead to 9-11 ?

it seems to me that Clinton and Gore were pushing to start a war with Iraq and Bush just picked up where they left off.

Earlier today I ordered America's armed forces to strike military and security targets in Iraq.

When will we Americans realize that BOTH parties are to blame for the current situation that our nation is in (War with Iraq / Afghanistan, Healthcare, Oil Consumption, Immigration, etc.)? What is that old cliché “It takes two to tango?” Whatever the politics are in Washington, they are far from the concerns and interests of the common people regardless of the party. Although Bush is president don’t we have a Democratic Congress and Senate? With Clinton it was just the opposite with Republicans controlling the House of Representatives and the Senate. Democracy here will not die in thunderous applause here (movie cliché). It will die a slow whimpering death while the people are burdened and inundated with the daily pressures of surviving, never picking their heads up to notice the flames of liberty being put out one by one. Just my 2 cents and no need to go on to numerous tangents – corporate elitists etc.

The Iraq war started back in WWI, NOT by Bush or Clinton. It's a continuation of City of London (the 'Crown) aka "Nazi" policy.

TWO SEPARATE EMPIRES
To avoid misunderstanding, it important that reader recognize fact that two separate empires operating under guise of British Empire. One Crown Empire & other British Empire.

Had wealth been spread out among all people in British Isles prosperity would have abounded.

In spite of wealth of world flowing into City majority of British people barely making ends meet. Many impoverished to point of despair. elite lived in regal splendor. poor British peasants never given chance to get cut of action.

Nice try. Keep going back...yes, that's right, remember the Gulf War? Remember Sadam getting the key to Detroit? Do you know how the Bathists came to power? Bill Clinton? He was just another in a long line but he did not invade, or send ground troops in. So in that respect, he did not start a "war", in the conventional sense.
