To me seem like he wants no part of after effects,if talks do fail,which im sure they will when Israel attack Iran.

Perhaps because even Obama knows something has to be done. But at the same time Obama realizes that he doesn't have a clue what to do himself.

You might also be right that Obama wants someone else (Bush) to do the dirty work, so he can pretend to be above all that sort of nastiness.
