WINNFIELD, Louisiana (CNN) -- A police officer shocked a handcuffed Baron "Scooter" Pikes nine times with a Taser after arresting him on a coc aine charge.

He stopped twitching after seven, according to a coroner's report. Soon afterward, Pikes was dead.

Now the officer, since fired, could end up facing criminal charges in Pikes' January death after medical examiners ruled it a homicide.

Dr. Randolph Williams, the Winn Parish coroner, told CNN the 21-year-old sawmill worker was jolted so many times by the 50,000-volt Taser that he might have been dead before the last two shocks were delivered.

This is getting completely insane, it's been out of hand for a long time now already. Why is this allowed to repeatedly continue?


And for all you Fascist and rasict sympathizers, what pathetic excuse do you have for this? I'm sick and tired of all you cowardly hypocrites who refuse to do anything about the current situation of war against the people. The police have shown that they've openly declared war by their militant responses to civil issues. And the sad weak absolutely spineless pathetic excuse for citizens of the land of the free will once again do nothing. There will be no justice, and that's okay now, because at least we're safe from harm thanks to the police, yeah right.


And when it comes time for sentencing, watch the closed door session and the slide of equality of cops vs people go right down the drain with justice when he's slapped on the wrist. And so called leaders of the people will call for the people to remain calm and obey, and the weak willed will, out of apathy.

So i propose we just let this slide like everything else, but at the same time, i propose we remove all references of freedom, equality and justice from public display on government property, because there is none.
