I usually only consume foods for health benefits unless it's a cheat meal. I get a few of those a week.


How about some raw eggs. Straight out of the shell. As long as they're organic of course. All you need is packed into one, low-calorie shell. It's a beautiful thing.

Flax seeds for your omega 3's. The riches source of Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA)

Coffee Berry is pretty awesome too.
