What is the best way to get the MIB's attention?

I see alot of thread's with ATS members being followed or spyed upon by men in black or unmarked vehicles,etc. Iwant to know what they find threatening enough to have to take these measures and spy on us innocent ATS keyboard junkies. So my question is how would "you" get their attention if you had the means to catch them in the act and post it on this site? And waht would be the best way to have the edge so's they don't delete your imposing evidence?

Hovering above the white house in a ufo would probably do it.
