www.projectcamelot.org...

This is a site i frequent. More so in the past month ever since they remodeled their home page into a blog like system. The site is now inaccessible.

If i google search the URL, i get the following short description.

Project Camelot | ANNOUNCEMENT- 3:05pm
Today Project Camelot was hit by a heavy Denial of Service attack. For this reason, some of you were not able to access the site today, and access may ...

If I access the cached entry for the site, there is no trace of this announcement. Does anyone know whats going on? I assume that due to the nature of this forum, that plenty of you have heard of this group.

I hope I put this topic in the right forum.

They're not touting anything! They've stated their purpose re: the interviews they have conducted. They have stated that it is up to the individual read/viewing these interviews to form his/her own opinion.

I LOVE Project Camelot and have great respect for both Kerry and Bill. I have no doubt whatsoever their site is bothersome to 'someone' or some group, who would rather see PC taken down than continue. Just my humble opinion, though...

My favorite interview over at PC is that of Robert O. Dean and his wife, Marcia Schaefer.

There is SO VERY LITTLE TRUTH out there these days and it has certainly been refreshing to see someone out there try to bring at least 'some' of the truth to the public.

My hat is off to both Kerry and Bill. God Speed to them both and hopefully, they will be up and running soon.

Still down with a note on google saying they have had a service attack .... more proof to me that they are getting the right message out and stepping on a few shadow government toes ...

As much as i love project camelot and respect what they doing. The dis info about planet X hitting earth throws me off. So much dis info mixed in with reality hard to build models in your mind trying to grasp the situation at hand.

Just to throw something out there. LeeHawt's post made me wonder if there not trying to start a buzz themselves, just to get the traffic up for tomorrow.

They interview plenty of controversial people on controversial topics. If you've watched their interviews, you'll often see that they play devil's advocate and will ask difficult questions.

They often ask questions to their interviewees about related topics discussed by previous interviewees. In the regard to Planet X briefly suggested in this thread, i do believe they've asked some of their interviewees about this subject (John Lear, Michael St. Clair, David Wilcock, etc..) and they didn't agree with the Planet X scenario. I can go on for hours about the back and forth that they've done amongst their interviews on many, MANY subjects. Some people were interviewed on multiple occaisions over a period of years just as a heads up, or whats new kind of approach.

I believe they did a supremely excellent job. In my opinion they represent a perfect example of unbiased journalism. They're objective in their questions, they're demanding in getting a point explained to them, they take sceptical positions that potential viewers may have and proceed as thus.

I can't however claim their work as truth. No more than I can claim that ATS is truth. But, the work they do brings out the seeker/wanderer in myself. It brings to the surface more questions that would not have been stirred as a result of public education or television.

Now, to prevent derailing my own thread, I wanted to find out if anyone knew anything about the situation. I'm not at all interested if anyone likes/dislikes project camelot (though such things could lead to reasons why it was DDoS'd). I'm hopeful that people in the know may have a presence on this forum and can provide some insight.

Thank you.

WTH? Just when things start to get really good, wham down it goes.

I happened on to the interview and reports page this morning, and I thought wow, there sure is a lot of people talking, and here they are, and they are all on one page.

I started watching interviews, and the next thing you know, "This video is no longer available."

Then it was: "This site is suspended."

I was thinking, these guys have really done it right. They go directly to the individual, and ask the hard questions, and let me decide. Plus they aren't violating anyone else's copy rights, so they can't be taken down. Boy, I got that wrong.

My gut may be wrong, but me thinks they are getting to good at getting the word out.

That kind of spooked me so I checked video.google.com.

Google Video -- Project Camelot

You can still access all their videos from there. So i'm guessing your statement is only in relation to the direct download links from their site.

Phew.

I just got on to Project Camelot's website.

This was posted there:

NEWS, Sunday 20 July

Today Project Camelot was hit by a heavy Denial of Service attack.

For this reason, some of you were not able to access the site today, and access may continue to be intermittent until the problem is fully handled.

There were thousands of simultaneous requests for one of our video interviews with Dan Burisch (Stargate Secrets 2). Our host's servers were overwhelmed, and they were obliged to suspend the site. (If this is not an attack, then a lot of people are suddenly very interested in the information in this interview!)

We temporarily removed the targeted file, but the heavy load on bandwidth seems continuing with a different target. Our host's engineers understand the problem and are working on this as their highest priority.

We're confident that we'll get the site up running normally within 24 hours, and maybe sooner. Please continue to check this page.

The bold part is really suspicious. I can understand if increased popularity bombarded the website for the new interview, but to continue DDoSing the site after the video was removed is very peculiar. I'm now curious about this new interview with Dan Burisch. I hope they put it up Youtube/Google Video.

I actually watched that today right before it went down.

I then went and watched the first interview, and during that one the site went down.

I went to Google, found it, and watched the remaining portion.

Wow, some pretty wild stuff here.

The Dan Burish Interview is not new... but was the area of the site attacked. The Henry Deacon Interview is new.

In the Interview they are talking about how to survive what is to come. Henry states "As stated before, proper training of your mind, along with meditative/relaxation practice is the most important “safe place” preparation." So the most important thing to do is prepare your mind for the unthinkable realities that are about to occur.

He reccomends send for a CD from the ARK TWO State Resources for Nuclear Recovery CD

Perhaps THIS Interview is more about what the site attack is aimed at than Dan Burish.
