It seems this is whats been asked but like some of us said it may be widely ignored by MSM.

The Press conference on the 15th July Bush mentions it briefly here

If they are asked to leave I think they should take it seriously and GTFO.

From the press confernce at about 17 minutes into the video Bush says he "Stongly rejected an artificial timetable of withdrawl"

Pretty much says the Iraqis or watever they invited us to be there and we share the same goal. "Our troops are coming home, but based upon success" doesnt look like he really gives Sh%t
