If I meditate, I am not really thinking, as I am relaxing, and since I am not thinking when I meditate, and when I am completely relaxed, does that
mean I don't exist?
"Cogito, ergo sum" or "I think, therefore I am" is a bit of Descartes philosophy. The mere fact that you're questioning your existance now
in regards to your existance in a meditative state, pretty much confirms you exist.
