Yeah, great win, i loved the expression as he exploded in the sprint, looking over to his right and then slowly raising up as he claimed the victory. Wow. i got tingles.
I love Eric Z. Ever since i saw the movie Hell on Wheels. I used to think he was a bit of a robot, just because he was so strong for so many tours, just got boring seeing him in green, especially in 2001 when he pipped Stuie O'grady, but when i got to see him in that doco with Rolf Aldag(telekom days), i found a new respect for him. I guess Robbie and Baden cooke taking the green off him helped too....LOL. What a champ though, he's had great results in the Vuelta too as well as some of the one day classics, his class still shows in todays stage as he never quits, and Milram are getting good exposure from thier leader, an older rider many don't rate any more.

Well the ITT has started will be watching and with the hope that Cadel takes it out.

I haven't heard much chatter from CSC for the past couple of days maybe trying to conserve all the energy they can.

All the big guns would have riden over the course this morning so they know every turn with thier eyes closed.

Cadels start time will be at 16:17:00 with 3 min gaps between riders.

can't wait for the last ten rider to kick of.....that is were all the action will be. Go Cadel.

Depressed? That's not what Cadel would want.

Remember we still have hope for Robbie. Head up, man. Cadel got second and rode his heart out. How can you ask for more?

Also, it took the whole team of CSC to beat Cadel (who did not have a strong team behind him this year. Some were strong on paper but did not produce.)

Hey Badge,
I'm over it now, the depression that is, CSC where just too strong and Sastre rode a great TT to hold onto yellow. I noticed that the TT in stage 4 and last nights stage had alsmost the same top 10, the only standouts in the TT where Sastre and Kohl who both had alot to ride for. Cadels effort was amazing when put into the context of Cadel v CSC. I heard he is of contract and may be switching to a Russian Team next year, but Contador come back next year, and with rising stars like Kohl, Schleck brothers and Sastre defending Cadel is going to find it harder to win that elusive yellow. Which is why i was so bummed out dude! This tour was as close a shot as he will get i think. But i hope i am wrong.

Just watching them role around now with Carlos up front, looking great in yellow.
On a funny note i was hoping for a Aussie double in Green and Yellow.....it seems Spain has it instead. LOL.
