Twaddle or not you're still off topic and proving me right

Nope. My post is perfectly consistent with both the OP and the life of this thread.

One of the usual points of reference in discussions of satanic murders is Charles Manson. While all of this transpired many years ago now, it is still worthwhile to look at the religious linkages in the Charles Manson murders. The following link connects to a website article regarding Manson and the Process Church: LINK

How did I know you were only going to contradict me? Maybe Satan has bestowed the gift of prophecy upon me!

And lo, there did I see a poster, and lo his only interest was contradicting valid arguments. And lo there did i see his evidence, and behold! It was naught but Geraldo Rivera! Thus did I cometh, as a man, to enlighten and preach respect and understanding but lo I was set upon by wolves. But behold! these wolves have not teeth to bite nor claws to rend! They are but phantoms, devoid of substance, howling in the night.

I already stated in an earlier post that I am waiting to see if any real connection to satanism is made. I haven't seen one yet. There may not be one. You have a valid point about this case and its connection to the church of satan. Still, I know the devil had his hand in this, there is no doubt about it in my mind.

The death and resurrection of Christ was satan's ultimate defeat. Just when he thought he had it all. Must be hard to swallow. No wonder you describe it the way you do and then say you wouldn't say a thing like that. I've become familiar with the subversive, occult technique of saying things while pretending not to say them. You were pretty blatant with that one, though. I'm not angry or hurt, more surprised that our little chat would bring you out into the light in such a way. You showed your true colors there for a second. There's hope for you yet, you know. Confess Christ as Lord, and live.

1 John 4

1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:

3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

5 They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.

6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

I claim the blood of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior, in victory over the enemy, the evil one, the devil.

John 3

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.

21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

Dude, buddy, pal, friend listen.

I am not the devil, I am not Satan and I am not trying to corrupt you. I may at times be a "Satan" in the root meaning of the word which is "Adversary". I may be Satanic, I may believe in the darker aspects of human existence, i may listen to black metal, i may wear black a lot but I am not here to drag you back to hell with me.

You didn't expose me or bring me out into the light, I will gladly and freely tell you about anything you'd wish. In fact, I would love to.

All I ever did was point out the obvious fact that there seems to be little or no relation to recognized Satanism or even Devil Worshiping in relation to this group based upon the information available to me.

I also said that we should stop blaming Satanism, an official and recognized religion, for any sort of horrid act committed by a nutter.

And my final point was that all religions, philosophies and belief systems should be treated with equal respect as none are provable as correct or viable, it is all faith and doing what works for you.

If you so desire, I will accept the title of your personal Satan.

You do realize that "Satanic Ritual Abuse" has been proven false and is no longer accepted as fact by any rational person.

I suppose you're also aware that so called "hypnotic regression" is neither recognized as legitimate by the psychiatric community nor is it admissible in a court proceeding.

"Satanic Ritual Abuse" is simply the religious version of the hypnotically regressed alien abductions.

A better name for Hypnotic Regression is Hypnotic Suggestion.

Its all good. You said what you said. I said what I said. I don't need a personal satan. You are free to believe as you like, and so am I. I choose the light. You choose the darkness.

God already knows, has always known.

I can't take you to heaven with me, and there is no way you could ever drag me down to hell with you. That doesn't mean we can't have civilized discussions, right?

Nope, not at all, and I believe that's what we've been doing this whole time. In fact, I think I may have finally gotten my point across as we have just agreed to be respectful towards one another's belief systems and religion despite the apparent opposing qualities.

The Secrets of Anton LaVey a propos of the subject of satanic ritual murders and satanic ritual abuse:

LaVey claimed nuts were quickly given "the bum's rush" when they tried to join his Church of Satan. That still didn't stop two of the Masons (Susan Atkins and Bobby Beasoleil) and Richard "The Night Stalker " Rameriez from joining. Satanist Patricia Hall was arrested for murder of an elderly man in Florida, and participated in the flogging and gang rape of a teenage girl. She claimed to have been baptized by LaVey himself, which he of course later denied. There have also been other thrill killers that have claimed to have been members of the Church of Satan, even though LaVey later denied it.

Even if they weren't officially CoS members (most Satanist aren't), it proves criminally minded, violent people are attracted to Satanism. Susan Atkins actually appeared with LaVey and a couple of other girls in a corny strip club act. She played a vampire, not surprising when you consider she licked the blood stained knife she killed Sharon Tate and her unborn child with. Bobby Beausoleil appeared in the movie by fellow Church of Satan member Kenneth Anger, Lucifer Rising. During the Tate/Labianca murders, Beausoleil told his terrified vicitms, "I'm the Devil, and I'm here to do the Devil's business!" A fourth killer/cannibal, Stanley Baker, who actually ate his victims, was caught en route to meet LaVey. Would LaVey have given this 3rd person the heave ho? Maybe, Maybe not. LaVey claimed that he too, and members of the Church of Satan, once dined on a human leg (Satan Wants You, also mentioned in The Church of Satan and The Secret Life of a Satanist). The leg was obtained (obviously illeagally) by a Co$ member who was a pathologist from a local hospital, at least according to LaVey. No LaVey family member has ever denied this event happened. The leg was prepared by Diane in Triple Sec with fried grub worms on the side, supposedly how they serve human flesh in New Guinea. The only participant who reportedly ate the worms was LaVey's 3 year old daughter Zeena, and most members were to sqeemish to actually eat the leg meat.

The "leg episode" was famously used by Armistead Maupin in his "Tales of the City" series.

Oh yes. As a Christian, I know I don't have to fear satan, nor his adherents. I do have to respect the power of the evil one, though.

1 Peter 5

8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.

Ephesians 6

12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Always willing to engage. I prayed during my salvation experience that I might be an effective weapon in the Good Lord's arsenal against evil.

You're on a fruitless quest my friend, if you are trying to compare religiously related crimes the amount of murders committed in the name of Christ far far far far far far far out wheigh those proposed to be in the name of Satan.

Do you know what they did when the Crusaders captured Jerusalem? They murdered every man, woman and child regardless of faith until they were knee deep in blood, severed limbs floating in the sanguinary rivers. Women raped, babies smashed against walls, men eviscerated. And when they were through with the carnage they gorged themselves on the flesh of their fallen foes all while praising the name of Jesus the Christ!

How's that for Satanic?

There was a good book review by Wayne Lutton of "National Review" of the book "Cults That Kill - Probing the Underworld of Occult Crime" by Larry Kahaner, former Washington correspondent for Business Week. Here is an excerpt from the Lutton review:

Kahaner bases his evidence on firsthand accounts by men and women who are involved in investigating and countering these activities. He relies also on the testimony of academic researchers and upon police records and court documents-which he frequently cites-to support his contention that occult-inspired crime is a growing threat to public safety. This is a difficult sort of investigative work, only rarely involving simple cases and obvious suspects. Instead, there is a maze of secret societies such as Santeria, whose homicides are signaled by the colored beads, handful of chicken feathers, and seven coins ritualistically placed around the decapitated victim. Nevertheless we are, in Kahaner's opinion, experiencing the early swell of a cult-related crime wave. Drugand child-selling networks run by occultists have recently come to the attention of law-enforcement agencies, while brujeria (witchcraft) is spreading in Mexican communities throughout the United States, and at least one investigator believes Satanism to have an international component as well.

Bearing relation to the same topic the following is an example of the information contained on the Occult/Satanist Crimes pages found at here

2007 Trecynon, Wales Satanist Geraint Evans, 24, recieved "indefinite detainment" for the murder of Father Paul Bennett on 3-14-07 on the grounds of St Fagan’s Anglican Church. Father Bennett, 59, who died as a martyr for Christ, was married father-of-two, was attacked yards from the church in front of his wife. In a gloating voice Evans told Mrs. Bennett ‘I stabbed him through the heart, I stabbed him through the eye. You have to forgive me now’,” As well as regularly smoking cannabis, Evans inhaled lighter fluid on a daily basis. He was a subscriber and contributor to satanic websites using the pseudonym Jack Blade where he declared: “I am Satan.”

While the html is 'ancient' and the typing dreadful, there is information on over 300 occult/satanic related crimes.

I am addressing the matter of contemporary crimes in relationship to the occult and to satanism. The problem of satanic inspired and occult related crime is current, real, and substantial. This is the issue behind what is alleged in the OP.

Yes, "Uncommon Sense Ministries" sounds very impartial. You really remind of those moms from Detroit Rock City or the Heavy Metal rehabers from Decline of the Western Civilization II mixed in with a little bit of Carrie's mom.

You don't happen to have any Jack Chick tracts do you? I love those things

You've moved from the creative writing of personal 'scripture' to black legends. Not entirely surprising for a satanist.

Crime is crime. This isn't any of your creative writing. These are crimes connected to the occult and satanism. The Kahaner book details this far better than this website in my opinion, but the information is at hand on this website and the hour is late. Again, the Kahaner book is better in my opinion.

The following is an extract from a sidebar in a photo essay on school shootings in the Chicago Tribune

During the trial, Woodham, ignoring his lawyers’ advice, testified that the murders were the result of heartbreak over losing his girlfriend, Christina Menefee, the 16-year-old whom he killed in the shooting spree. He also blamed his fascination with occult rituals.

He told jurors that, after the breakup, he fell under the influence of a 19-year-old whom he described as both a mentor and a tormentor, the person who introduced him to the occult.

"He told me I had to kill my mom," Woodham said. "He told me I had to get the gun and the car and go to school and get my revenge on Christy and cause a reign of terror." (Associated Press / June 10, 1998)

But one of several instances of occult and satanic connexions in school related crimes.
