SONAR like 'ping' sound heard on ATS a few minutes ago

Yea so I heard a SONAR like 'pinging' sound on my computer a few minutes ago,when I refreshed the thread I was at it stopped?Anyone know anything about this?

Hopefully that will answer your question, I think the general consensus is that it is a sound from a advert but I could be wrong. I have a lot of catching up to do in some threads hehe.
