did nasa create moon alien encounters?

Have you ever thought that Nasa(the government) put in place clues to notion the possibility of encounters with aliens on the moon to try and distract us all from the fact that they didnt go at all?

I was just thinking that they knew people would doubt that they went, so instead of trying fight that battle head on, they opened up another goat to stare at.

People want to create a fantasy.There is no aliens on the moon and the reason we didn't go back was to expensive and the technology was suited for that time.
