Why can't I read this topic?

It has appeared in the side menu, and all my attempts to click it/find it through other means have been failed....

Was this thread deleted, and if so, how is it that it can still be seen and flagged? (It went from 8 to 9 just today)...

The thread is in the "Really Above Top Secret Forum" which requires 5000 points to sign up and another 500 a month after the first month.

You can opt in for the initial 5000 and then let it lapse and its only another 500 to re access it for a month.
