Actually, I'd say we've lost all rights and have gained moderate privileges that are granted to us to maintain some semblance of freedom.
The foundations of all individual rights is the right to private property, which we no longer have. We have abridged these rights almost to the point
of extinction.
From debt based currency (in which nothing can ever truly be owned), taxation, and the raping of private property rights, I'd say we have lost them
all.
I'm not even allowed to have a fire pit in my backyard. That's pretty sad, but then again I do have to "rent" my property and house from the
government each year, but they call it tax.
Maybe I'm crazy, but this phrase sums up my political ideology fairly well.
