CAMPBELL RIVER, British Columbia - A severed human foot has been found on Tyee Spit in Campbell River.
The foot was found just after 10:30 a.m. Wednesday after a woman picking rocks on the ocean side of the spit noticed it. The woman ran to Sandra Malone, the manager of the Thunderbird RV Park, who called RCMP.
The foot was lying above the high tide line, approximately a metre from the grass. The shoe is said to resemble a male's black Adidas running shoe.
