And people will slowly start getting "aclimatised" to atmospheric seeding, despite it in all likelyhood being bad for their health and nothing more than pollution.

This is an example of yet another thing humanity should not be doing. Who makes these dumbass decisions?

They have been doing this for years - ever noticed the video footage of their armed forces on public displays? The streets are generally wet but no rain falls during the procession - the reason is that they always seed before so that rain doesn't spoil their parade.
