A 2'' thick porter house charred on the outside and medium rare on the inside. Just some salt and pepper before grilling and no freakin steak sauce
ever.
But when I ate it, I liked it Medium Rare. Seasoned with Salt & Pepper, Seared, then served with a Red Wine Demi-glaze. Seriously AMAZING. Oooh add
in some Green or Pink peppercorns to the sauce for some extra kick. Good Stuff.
