How you get ats stamp on your avatar?

I see people with ats and deny ignorance etc stamped on thier avatars but how you get this done?At the Ats store?Also in the ats store there is descriptions of what you can buy with your points but not a picture showing it.

Most people have these avatars custom made for them. For instance, I made my avatar myself in Photoshop. I make them but I don't advertise that I make them. Some that do advertise their avatar making are Greeneyedleo and I'm a Marty for starters...there may be more, but I'm not sure. It doesn't require points, just some photoshoppin!
