Ghosts and Infrasound

Has anybody considered the connection between infrasound and hallucinations and whether they can be connected to paranormal sightings?
I'm currently working with some trance inducing ambient and plan to work with some infrasound loops and after doing alot of studying I've come across quite a bit of material that favors the theory that visions of ghosts may be caused by sound below human hearing which has been known to vibrate organs and disrupt sight.
Any ideas?

I have a question: if sound is making our organs vibrate which in turn causes a disruption in our vision, how does that account for the seemingly complex shapes, i.e humanoid figures, which are reported from ghost sightings?

In otherwords, wouldn't this kind of disruption in our vision produce more simple visuals such as light trails, etc.
