If 50 Cent got a chip and came out with a single, "I Got My Chip" would you get one???

Lets say the rapper 50 Cent came out publically saying he has a chip implanted in his hand and he loves it, and his media rampage of this chip coincided with his first single of his next album called "I Got My Chip"...

.....and the music video portrayed just how "awsome" it is to have the chip, you can pay for things with it, have all your medical records on it, and do other cool tricks with it...

I wonder just how many of you, or the the general public for that matter would want the chip.

I'm sorry, but that is hilarious. And yes, I'm sure that half the teenage population would get it if he did that....or maybe not. 50 cent sucks. They might if Lil Wayne came out with the song tho.

I for one will not. They will have to kill me before they put a chip in my dead body.

They'll also put cool marks on the hand they got the chip in so people can identify that they have the chip. They'll also have levels of chips "silver gold platinum black" and with each one comes a different color/style mark. Carrying the mark will be a prestigious and become a status symbol.

Commercials pop up with hot chicks clinging to guys with the mark quicker than they cling to guys who spray axe deodorant. "Get the chip and get laid!"

i reckon they are going to go with this target by getting the media involved and at some point they are going to pay people to get themselves chipped. I'm sure it is going to go this way. As for 50cent. You know where he can go. clown.

There is no doubt thou that a chip can be usefull for many things.

I would however get the chip out of my own accord.

It amazes me no end how many people will get themselves chipped like dogs on their own free will.

Our Grandfathers fought so people didn't have to ever get chipped and tatoo'd ever again.

You are basically "chipped" already...

1. Surveillance Camera's

2. Credit Card.

3. Bank Card.

4. ID Card.

5. Drivers License.

6. You car's license plate

etc etc etc...the list goes on...

I say why not get a chip that combines it all, hell, while their at it they can give me a cybernetic eye with ex ray vision...

Anyway, it's all just a matter of time before it's completely implemented...

At first it would be a "novelty" of sorts and not mandatory for all people, but sooner or later more and more people will get it....and before you know it...

The 9'o'clock news has this to say...

"A decision has been made by government that the verichip will now be mandatory for all citizens, a date has been set for 2012 and all citizens are required to receive their chip, heavy fines and a jail sentence is a possibility for failure to comply"
