Someone help america before america helps itself

[first time Ive posted with a link so I hoped it worked and I dont know if this has been discussed here before or not but here we go.
This did not go through but has anybody got anymore information about how something like this could play out if in fact it is real the voice is generated but it does state some pretty amazing goings on.
