Mind Control with High Frequency Sound?

Theres a thread here detailing the reality (and patent numbers) of several technologies that use sound frequency to manipulate the human brain.

I hear this high frequency sound most the time as of late, mostly at night. It is defiantly not the TV. I believe it is coming from the many cell phone towers that dot the countryside, and I also thing those little rods you see on them are for electronic mind control. Try to sleep with that sound...and meditation is near impossible. I hear it a lot in Walmart too.
