melatonin worked great on long flights but for lucid dreaming?? No. I think I'm probably just lucky because I can lucid dream almost at will I've
never thought about using anything to help
I read somewhare that if you eat cheese before bed, you will have a dream according to the types of cheese you ate (ex. blue cheese, mozzarella,
cheddar) I am not sure, try it. Which cheese are evil and which are good?
Skullcap and mugwort are two herbs that you can steep as a tea to drink at night. Mugwort is naaaasty. Terribly bitter- I was never able to make it
taste tolerable, but you can find teas with scullcap and Valerian root (another sleep herb) that are good "dream teas". I believe there is one that
is sold in GNC that has skullcap. Valerian is a bit smelly. The capsules can really stink. I dont know how it tastes in a tea. You can order herbs
from metaphysical stores. I got mine online from 13 Moons, but there are many of them to choose from. Be careful- you need to try each herb
individually first to make sure you dont have an allergy.
