What foods, supplemets, or just techniqes have worked for you to help make dreams more vivid or even lucid?

For me potassium supplemets made them more regular but not as vivid.
Multivitamins didnt really effect them.

Anybody here tried melatonin (sp)?

melatonin worked great on long flights but for lucid dreaming?? No. I think I'm probably just lucky because I can lucid dream almost at will I've never thought about using anything to help

I read somewhare that if you eat cheese before bed, you will have a dream according to the types of cheese you ate (ex. blue cheese, mozzarella, cheddar) I am not sure, try it. Which cheese are evil and which are good?

Skullcap and mugwort are two herbs that you can steep as a tea to drink at night. Mugwort is naaaasty. Terribly bitter- I was never able to make it taste tolerable, but you can find teas with scullcap and Valerian root (another sleep herb) that are good "dream teas". I believe there is one that is sold in GNC that has skullcap. Valerian is a bit smelly. The capsules can really stink. I dont know how it tastes in a tea. You can order herbs from metaphysical stores. I got mine online from 13 Moons, but there are many of them to choose from. Be careful- you need to try each herb individually first to make sure you dont have an allergy.
