Additional HAARP facilities? (#2 & #3)

I just got done reading a report on HAARP posted at Global Research. The report is a bit dated, but it contained several pieces of information which I had not seen before (particularly the mention of two additional HAARP facilities in Greenland and Norway).

In this regard, a report published by the Russian parliament (Duma) in 2002, suggests that the US Military had plans to test its weather modification techniques at its Alaska facility, as well as at two other sites:

"The committees reported that the USA is planning to test three facilities of this kind. One of them is located on the military testing ground in Alaska and its full-scale tests are to begin in early 2003. The second one is in Greenland and the third one in Norway.

Do any of you have additional info on the other two HAARP sites mentioned? I'd be very interested in that.

i was under the impression that theres only one test site. The Alaska facility, but on the other side of things someone would have slipped up and said something before.

Or all three sites work as one super facility......

Haven't heard of the Greenland site, but have heard of the site in Norway. My understanding is that it's not as powerful as the Alaska site but a smaller operation.
