This behaviour will always be with us until we change our value systems.

We have created a society of haves and have-nots, and until that changes, some people are always going to take the easy option to get what they want, which means crime, street crime and street gangs.

Thare are NO answers, easy or otherwise until we recognize that we have created a system which rewards greed and do something to change it - which will take decades, if not hundreds of years.
