UFOs/Aliens famous fake testimonies

What are the famous fake testimonies about UFOs/Aliens?
I mean also military, government people and scientists that gave testimonies about UFOs/aliens (like the stuff in disclosure project) but then it has been discovered that they were lying.

Also, are there testimonies of disclosure project that were discovered like liars?
