chad drone....

Has anyone viewed the "Chad Drone" early this morning or late last night? Over a body of water? This would either be on the west coast, or early morning on the east coast? This would be rotating and doing something like a "fountain" with the water. This would most likely be near a road near the water, on rocks, near a coastline? I believe it would be in daylight, or near sunrise or sunset, or possibly evening time.
Disregard this if it makes no sense. I don't mean to bring this up again, because at first I didn't believe it.
Has anyone thought of the "Chad Drone" yesterday or today?
