I can't believe I missed the show.

Larry King knows darn right well that this subject brings big ratings and I think when his ratings go down he does a Ufo show to raise his ratings.

It wouldn't surprise me if his show also gathers polling information on this subject for the government.

I'll have to look around to see if it is playing again soon.

I always find it interesting how people zone in on the Phoenix Lights. I for one think it was a red herring. The real UAP was seen outside Phoenix.

This show was worthless. The most profound question in all of mans history deserves a little less sarcasm. You would think this was a show about Santa Claus. They should of definitely included the O'hare sighting as well as the TRIANGLE OVER ILLINOIS event back in 2001 or 2002 which also had very credible witnesses as it was seen by police officers from multiple counties. Dateline hoped on the ET bandwagon but with little seriousness. I think that getting closer to disclosure will be prefaced by either multiple huge mass sightings or nothing at all. I have some thoughts on disclosure. Either the PTB know a lot about UFO's and have managed to keep it under wraps for quite sometime or they are just as in the dark as all of us. Either way at this point I would have to believe that disclosure would only come at ET's discretion. That could be good or bad. Lets hope they treat us better than we treat other lifeforms.

What was up with the cheesy cut-outs of random objects, like waffles flying around Belgium?. That was just too much. I laughed.

I put my sighting on there. And I am sure the response to msnbc was huge. I bet there is someone from msnbc looking at all the evidence from regular people, and I bet they are amazed that so many people responded and are willing to tell their story because its happening more frequently, and we want answers. We need conformation of what we already know to be true. Your right, it is being slowly brought about to the mainstream. Something is brewing....

Sorry guys, I didn't find the show all that bad.

They (MSM) didn't seem overly bias one way or the other. They provided input from both sides of the spectrum, the good/the bad.

Of course they are going to have skeptics on board, it wouldn't be entertainment if you didn't have input from both sides.

For all that was 'supposedly' debunked by the skeptics, they had the opposite equal arguments from UFOlogists.

I don't think any explanations were embedded in gold, but I do think UFOs are an easier topic to discuss for many people.

Incidentally,

How many of the show 'Poo Slingers' can give me the name of a UFO Skeptic they would believe??? I have yet to hear of any cudos for any UFO skeptics.

I believe in UFO's, but as PT Barnum said... "Don't believe anything you here, and only half of what you see".

Some cases are explainable, as some are not.

I saw Dateline and they did of course manage to "tongue & cheek" this with silly animations and clips, a style I thought died out in the 80's. NBC was pretty brave to produce such a program but they did show both sides/views of these UFO sightings.

If the "professional" skeptics were ever to actually see a UFO they would never admit to it as they make their living as "Hired Guns" debunking anything that comes down the pike.

[disclosure would only come at ET's discretion.]

If there are no ETs then it will be a long wait.

However if more than Nazis with rockets were let in by Truman
then you might want to look there for your disclosure.

I think two Atomic bombs sealed the deal for Truman.
Why give power, Von Braun was head of Nazi Army Ordinance and
given the same position in America, to these war mongers.
What power induced that.

Check out the black paint on the various 'original' bomb photos
and mock up models. Get to work CIA and fix that cool cover up
of German markings. Just star me if you get a laugh, or understand
the joke. Because is been on us for 63 years.

Some one is laughing all the way to the ET bank.

ED: Looks like Anonymous ATS got dropped from this thread.

The show wasn't that bad, but it could have been so much better. You can't cram 10 UFO sightings in a 1 hour show. A lot of witnesses were left out etc. To make a show that simply gives 2 minutes to 10 of the best UFO sightings of all time is pretty lame if you ask me...

I was disappointed about the special. I expected more time devoted to each sighting. Instead Hoda Kotb glibly hosted a program that was light-hearted and juxtapositioned with scenes from "Star Trek" and "Twilight Zone". While a fair balance of pros and cons were given for each sighting, it was too brief in each instance to really present any meat on the issue one way or the other.

I would not be surprised if the voting ran more towards Misidentification than anything else. It was just a disappointment for me.

Watched it, and there was nothing new. Just rehashed old stories with the all the usual suspects bebunking and theorizing. To me, it was a total waste of time.
Hell, all of you here do a better job of releasing information with videos and photo's than the lamestream media. And your better at ferreting out fakers and hoaxers to. Although, I have to say, you guys let some of the hoaxers get away with it for a much to long, before finally planting their hiney on the burner of exposure.

I have picked up on, that there are some, who crave and live for the controversy and arguements on the forum. Fanning the fires, I believe they call it.

AHH,I smell the smoke of burning ego's..Love it!
