Anonymous ATS

Just WHO (or WHAT) is this 'member' Anonymous ATS?

Recently he appears as last poster in a thread, bumping threads in my favorites back to the top... but when I look for his post there is none there..

In one THREAD a mod said it was because of a one liner... but that makes no since in the number of threads involved...

So just WHO is this?
