At best the government knew something was going to happen.The what and where I don't think they knew.Had Clinton gotten Bin Laden when he had the chance,there would be no 9/11 to talk about.

Yes they of course knew something was going to happen, they probably even had a clue of how, and definately where, but probably not a specific when.

I can see them now as they woke up to the same news as the rest of us, "Damn if only we could have just dragged them off in the dead of night and made them disappear, none of this would have happend today."

But it's better to suffer physical blows then lose our identity and ideals. A true American wouldn't hesitate to protect those ideals and their identity, and we'd be even MORE empowered to solve the problem abroad, without many protestors.

The protestors say they are every bit as patriotic as the rest of us, no they are not, this is not an internal matter it concerns the whole world, and when such a thing concerns the world, your only duty is to serve the government, not defy it and change its decree.

Bombing Iraq doesn't harm our freedoms, it only liberates the people there...we have a Government that is to do whatever is necissary to protect us, how can it do that when it does all it can do to protect us, and then we slap its wrists saying "bad boy!"???

When I was younger I thought, "How facist is that!" But now I've grown up and I see the dividing line between our duty to freedom, and our duty to servatude. We are all free, so long as we serve when we need to, that means supporting military actions as well. But that doesn't mean supporting the loss of civil liberties, I think anti-war people confuse the two, and think that the Governments actions abroad, reflect its duties to us, and like-wise they think a citizens demands of its government, over-shadows their duties to the nation.

Our balance IS ruined, but not by the government, but by the protestors, who are against our fighting to preserve OUR way of life.

My feeling is these attacks were planned before Bush ever took office.You may call it "revisionist",but I call it truth.But to be honest,blaming one or to people is wrong.There were failures,backs being turned,and a feeling of ,it can never happen to us.The blame can be placed from top to bottom.

I think the smallpox scare..is just that ..a way to test public reaction/resistance to forced vaccinations. This can be used to develop strategies for the next round of vaccinations...

Some questions in my mind: How did they come up with smallpox as the weapon of choice? Aren't we just as likely to be hit with other biological agents? Who made the decision to inoculate people against smallpox instead of anthrax? What happened to the anthrax investigation? WHY aren't people following up and putting the pieces together? Why is so much information about 911 being censored?

Regarding 911:
If any of you think that 911 wasn't an inside job, or didn't atleast employ plenty of insider asistance, I feel really sorry for you. The level of sophistication and planning were undeniable. Couple that with the fact that we had foreknowledge and what does it look like? Don't forget to add in the fact that the military jet fighters were told to STAND down while NORAD watched the whole thing. Why does the investigation into 911 keep getting postponed?
