MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia and the United States signed a pact on Tuesday allowing the world's two biggest atomic powers to boost their nuclear trade and work on new ways to prevent the proliferation of nuclear weapons.

I thought this was interesting for the simple fact you have all the sword rattling between the US and Russia and now they are signing nuclear deals together...frankly I cant see how the Russian people could take this we are essentially making Russia our dump group for all nuclear spent fuel. Interesting to see how this will play out.
