Hummmm, I'm guessing they have some loophole in the fine print that will let them off the hook down the road, when the prices really skyrocket.
I bought one of their vehicles in '88 when they were advertising '7-70 bumper to bumper' ( 7 years or 70 thousand miles) warranties.........when I
needed a power train repair in '90 at 12,000 miles, the dealer informed me that I did not qualify for the warranty repair because I had not purchased
an additional warranty at the 2-year point!!
Needless to say, they had failed to mention that in their ads, or at the time of purchase!!
