During the war, my grandparents and parents ate any meat they could get.
Tripe & Onions, liver, heart, kidneys were all delicacies.
They survived at subsistence level.
There was parties in the streets when banana's were re-introduced.
So where did we go wrong?
Did we become too profitable?
Did we become too efficient?
Or did we just become too complacent.
It's about time we understand what we have...
Instead of just filling our faces because our parents and grandparents told us to, maybe we should think about how the world has changed...
