Very helpful!
Covers absolutely everything i wanted to hear! The only issue i am having trouble with is feeling other peoples emotions? It can get me realy down sometimes if i watch someone who is having a realy bad time especialy as i go college in a busy city!
Could it be extreme empathy?

Empathy (from the Greek εμπάθεια, transliterated as empatheia, meaning "physical affection, partiality") is commonly defined as feeling or expressing emotion for another. Since the states of mind, beliefs, and desires of others are intertwined with their emotions, one with empathy for another may often be able to more effectively define another's mode of thought and mood. Empathy is often characterized as the ability to "put oneself into another's shoes", or to in some way experience the outlook or emotions of another being within oneself, a sort of emotional resonance.

Yea yours seems to be extreme. I have high empathy for others. I always feel hurt when I see somebody gets hurt and thinks its my fault as if I somehow caused that person to get hurt.
BTW, I did experience street lights flickering or going out when I walk under them. Could be coincidence I dont know but it does happen often.

Actually I've always been prone to deep depression. I used to see psychiatrists all the time and take meds for my depression. But Im better now because Im all alone
You are right, empathy is a burden. I have not learned to control it fully yet.
