It is a gray area. We are infact Federal. Thats why, in my initial post I joked about being pseudo instead of fake. It is a relationship of conveinece(sp). Though when push comes to shove we are Federal.

Agreed, by all means. Nothing at all personal. I've been wrong too many times to fear it. Glad you are here. Besides. the nature of the USPS was never really the topic per se, it was just a piece of trivia that I used to be very certain of..., but what can I say, we live, we learn; there are other perspectives, and we go with what we believe we know.
